In October I taught a Woodblock Printing class at The Textile Art Center. It was a great class and we all learned about printing on fabric. Pictured above are some people who attended the class, Amy, Elizabeth and my buddy Jen.

Endless Before Me

T-shirts

These designs are based on traditional embroidery from Afghanistan. I drew the patterns stitched on my father’s shirts and screen printed them on T-shirts. I made a small first edition of shirts and am currently working on a second edition. My sister Fatima is wearing the diamond t-shirt on the right.
